Sand Slurry Pumps
Heavy-duty slurry pumps for mining, dredging and industrial applications. If you’re repowering from an electric drive or replacing an existing motor, we’ll design and fabricate a diesel-powered solution matched to the demands of your pump and your operating environment.
PTO Driven Pumps
A cost-effective way to pump effluent and water across your farm. If your tractor is tied up running a pump all day, a standalone diesel-powered unit could free it up. We’ll calculate the ratio needed and design a purpose-built solution.
Borehole Pumps
Hand-start and air-cooled diesel borehole pumps for underground wells, customised and installed for a range of water supply applications. Our work with the Pacific Water Association is one example — delivering cleaner water to island communities through reliable, purpose-built pumping systems.
Irrigation Pumps
Diesel water pumps for rural irrigation, custom-built or sourced for your specific application. Options include towable configurations for portability and remote start-up for convenience. Built to deliver reliable, cost-effective water supply season after season.
Custom Built Gensets
When a standard generator won’t fit the space or meet the spec, we’ll design, fabricate and install a genset built to your exact requirements. From compact units for tight engine rooms to heavy-duty systems for demanding industrial environments.
Frost Protection Units
Custom-built frost protection systems for horticulture and viticulture. We fabricate the base with integrated fuel tanks and build custom control panels with your parameters — automatic start at a set time or temperature, data logging and remote monitoring as required.
Diesel repowers for existing equipment.
If you have existing equipment that needs a new engine — whether you’re replacing a worn-out diesel, upgrading to a more efficient unit, or converting from electric to diesel power — Shaw Diesels can handle the entire repower process.
We’ll assess your current setup, recommend the right engine from the brands we represent (DEUTZ, Isuzu, Lister Petter and others), design any necessary mounting and coupling modifications, and install and commission the new powerplant.
Repowers are common across marine vessels, pumps, generators, compressors and industrial plant. Whatever the application, our engineers have the experience to get it right.
